Businesses who choose to employ Virtual Solutions 4 You services versus onsite support staff can
save a significant amount of money. Virtual Solutions 4 You can perform the same tasks as onsite
support staff, but without the added expenses associated with employing them. By working with
Virtual Solutions 4 You, the only expenses its clients are responsible for are the actual time worked
and any at-cost expense incurred on their behalf. In addition, with over 20 years of experience behind
the services Virtual Solutions 4 You offers, you can rest assured you will receive the highest quality
professional assistance in a timely manner.
Virtual Solutions 4 You only charges for its services on an hourly or retainer basis. Please review

Standard Hourly Rate
Virtual Solutions 4 You's standard rate is $40 per hour for all administrative services provided. A
signed Project Agreement or Service Agreement is required prior to commencement of work to mutually protect
our interests. Virtual Solutions 4 You does offer special discounts for first-time clients, non-profit
organizations, students, client referrals, and clients who require ongoing services. Please refer to the
following two sections for more details.
In addition to time worked on a project, any expense incurred on behalf of the client is billed at cost—absolutely
no markup is applied. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, shipping costs, materials provided,
travel time and expenses, and outsourcing services such as custom printing. Any expense required for a project
will be discussed with the client prior to incurring the expense.
Retainer PackagesVirtual Solutions 4 You provides the option of retaining its services on a monthly basis for
clients who require ongoing or repeat project work. Virtual Solutions 4 You currently offers three retainer
packages as noted below. Keep in mind that your savings increase the more hours you add to a retainer package.
Please note that retainer fees must be paid in advance of the month for which they apply:
Virtual Solutions 4 You Plan
- This plan gives you 40 hours of services per calendar month--at 10% off the hourly rate.
- $1440/month for administrative services

Professional Plan
- This plan gives you 30 hours of services per calendar month--at 7% off the hourly rate.
- $1116/month for administrative services

Support Plan
- This plan gives you 20 hours of services per calendar month--at 5% off the hourly rate.
- $760/month for administrative services

Services Plan
- This plan gives you 10 hours of services per calendar month.
- $400/month for administrative services

All hours worked in excess of the retainer limits will be charged at the standard hourly rate. Any unused
hours are non-refundable.
For all monthly retainer plans:
- Unused hours do not carry over from month to month.
- Additional hours may be added at the preselected retainer rate if our schedule allows it.
- Rush jobs will be considered on a client-by-client basis.
- Work begins on the 1st business day of the month or after your signed retainer agreement and payment are processed,
whichever comes later.
Reimbursable Expenses
Additional expenses incurred on your behalf will be billed at cost and added to your invoice. These expenses may include
(but are not limited to) packaging materials, postage, courier or delivery service, telephone charges, copies, specialty
paper, project materials, and mileage.
Special Offers
Community service and education are extremely important to the betterment of our people, their quality of life, and the
communities in which they live. Unfortunately, most non-profit organizations, educational facilities, and students are
forced to operate on tight budgets and cannot afford the quality assistance they deserve in return for their efforts.
Therefore, Virtual Solutions 4 You gladly offers them special discounts so they may receive the affordable, quality
assistance they need. In addition, special offers are given to first-time clients and those who refer new clients to
Virtual Solutions 4 You as a way of saying "Thank You!"
Please note these discounts apply only to the amounts billed for work performed and does not include a discount on expenses incurred.
- Students receive a 20% discount on all services upon verification of enrollment.
- Educational facilities and non-profit organizations receive a 15% discount on all services.
- First-time clients receive a 15% discount as an introductory offer.
- For every new billable client you refer to Virtual Solutions 4 You, you will receive a 15% referral discount on your next invoice.
